　　Thread glue (anaerobe) also known as anaerobic glue, anaerobic glue, mechanical glue. It does not solidify when it comes into contact with oxygen or air, but quickly polymerizes into a solid, cross-linked polymer once air is isolated. "Anaerobic" means that the glue does not require oxygen when used.
　　Application:
　　(1) The lock is relaxed. Metal screws are easy to be loose or off-line under impact vibration. Traditional mechanical locking methods are not ideal, while chemical locking methods are cheap and effective. If the screw is coated with anaerobic glue to stop the assembly, after curing, a strong plastic film is formed in the thread gap, so that the screw lock will not loosen. There is pre-coated (B-204) thread glue, which is pre-coated on the screw and left for use (valid for four years). You only need to screw in and tighten the screw to achieve the desired anti-loosening effect.
　　(2) Seal and prevent leakage. Any plane can not be complete and tight contact, leakproof seal, the traditional way is to use rubber, asbestos, metal and other gaskets, but because of aging or corrosion will soon leak. Instead of solid gaskets, thread glue can complete close contact after curing, so that the sealing is more durable. Thread glue is used for sealing of threaded pipe joints and threaded plugs, sealing of flange fitting surface, sealing of mechanical box separation surface, etc., all have good leakage prevention.
　　(3) stubborn positioning. Cylindrical components, such as bearings and shafts, pulley and shaft, gear and shaft, bearings and seat holes, bushing and holes and other hole shaft combination accessories, previously without exception, the use of hot sleeve, cold pressure and other dimensions of interference method to reassemble, supplemented by keys and dowel. This fixed method processing precision requirements are severe, and because of the different thermal shrinkage coefficient, wear and corrosion, easy to produce loose. The thread glue can be used to fill the fit gap, strong and durable after curing, stable and reliable. The method of anaerobic adhesive fixation can reduce the processing precision requirement, complicate the assembly operation, improve the consumption efficiency, save energy consumption and processing cost.
　　Fill and stop the leak. For the casting, die casting, powder metallurgy parts and welding parts with microholes, low viscosity anaerobic glue (B-290) can be applied to the defective place, so that the glue liquid infiltrates into the microhole, at room temperature and oxygen isolation condition can be completed curing, filling the hole and play a sealing effect. If vacuum infiltration is used, the winning rate is higher, which has become a new technology in foundry industry. 　　Different strength of anaerobic adhesive disassembly method may also be different.
　　1, if the bonding strength of anaerobic adhesive is not very high, low type, you can use tools to disassemble, such as low strength thread locking adhesive.
　　2, if the anaerobic adhesive disassembly of the bonding strength is high, the use of tools at this time has been unable to disassemble, can be heated, local heating to 250°C, and then disassembly, it will be much easier.
　　3. If the material is not suitable for heating, you can consider heating the accessories of the material to see whether it can assist disassembly.
　　4, has been solidified anaerobic glue, can be soaked in the container, most organic solvents can remove the anaerobic glue, if not, you can use 　tools to polish.
　　5, with alcohol, acetone and other wipe, but the effect is little, suitable for the remaining part of the glue.
